At Smoothie London Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective mailer to ensure it reaches us in perfect condition.

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice, ensuring you keep the proof of postage for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
